Ingredients:
2 cups canned pumpkin
3 pounds lean ground beef
2 cans red kidney beans
1 medium onions, chopped
3 cans 15-ounce cut tomatoes
2 tablespoons chili powder
1/4 teaspoons red pepper (optional)
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 bay leaves
1 cup mushrooms (optional)
2 cups shredded cheese
package of crackers
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef and drain excess fat.
2. Put ground beef into large pot.
3. Add each ingredient into the pot.
4. Cook on low for one to two hours.
Serve warm with crackers and shredded cheddar cheese
