Ingredients:
2 pounds of ground beef sirloin
1 red onion, diced
1/2 (1 ounce) package of dry ranch dressing
4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
Preparation:
1. Preheat outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
2. Lightly mix together the ground sirloin, onion, ranch salad dressign mix, and blue cheese in a bowl. Form into six patties.
3. Grill the burgers for about five minutes per side on the prepared grill, until well done.
4. Toast buns on the grill for a half a minute.
5. Add condiments as desired.
