Ingredients:
1 onion diced
1 tablespoon of butter
1/2 lg pkg of Velveeta cheese 1 quart diced tomatoes
canned chili
Preparation:
1. Microwave butter and onion for 1 min.
2. Stir in 1/2 block of cubed Velveeta and chili
3. Microwave for 2 min.
4. Add in squeezed diced tomatoes, ten jalapeno plus tablespoon of jalapeno juices.
5. Microwave until done (when it is curdled). Serve with favorite tortilla chips.
