Ingredients:
1medium onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, whole
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup red wine
salt and pepper
1lb chicken breasts
Preparation:
1. Sprinkle half of chopped onion in bottom of baking dish.
2. Rinse chicken and pat dry; place with remaining onions in baking dish.
3. Rub garlic cloves on outside of chicken and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4. Pour balsamic vinegar and red wine vinegar over chicken; for best flavor cover pan and refrigerate overnight.
5. Remopve baking dish from refrigerator and allow to sit at room temperature for one hour.
6. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes.
