Ingredients:
1 6-ounce package refrigerated pie crusts
1 15-ounce canned pumpkin
1 14-ounce canned sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Pregheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. With mixer, beat pumpkin, condensed milk, eggs, spices, and salt.
3. Pour into crust.
4. Bake for 15 minutes.
5. Reduce oven temperature tro 350 degrees and bake for 35 to 40 minutes longer or until knife inserted comes out clean.
6. Cool.
Serve with whipped cream and refrigerate leftovers.
