Ingredients:
1 16-ounce can of pureed pumpkin
2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
2 cups apple juice or cider
1/4 cup milk, cream, or half-and-half
pinch of nutmeg
dollop yogurt or sour cream
Directions:
1. Combine all ingreidents in a blender. You can add cream, milk, or half-and-half if desired.
2. After blending, pour the mixture in a saucepan, and simmer for about ten minutes.
3. Ladle the soup into bowls, and top it with yogurt or sour cream. Sprinkle with a pinch of nutmeg.
