Ingredients:
4 cups sifted powdered sugar
2-8 ounce package softened cream cheese
1 can 30 ounce pumpkin pie filling mix
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar and cream cheese, beating until well bleneded.
2. Beat in remaining ingredients.
3. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate.
Serve with gingersnap cookies and apple slices.
