Ingredients:
2 ripe tomatoes
package of fresh mozzarella
fresh basil leaves
Extra-virgin olive oil
Coarse salt and pepper
Preparation:
1. Slice tomatoes and mozzarella in 1/4-inch thick slices
2. Layer alternating slices of tomatoes and mozzarella, adding a basil leaf between each
3. Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper
