Ingredients:
16 ounce package of chocolate chips
package of ripe strawberries
1 tablespoons shortening
1 package of wax paper
i tube of white icing
Preparation:
1. Simmer water in a pot on a stove.
2. Place 16 ounces of chocolate chips in bowl
3. Place bowl on top of pot (do not let bowl sit in water)
4. Add 2 tablespoons of shortening
5. Stir until it is melted
6. Wash and dry strawberries
7. Stick strawberries with toothpick or skewer
8. Dip strawberries in chocolate.
9. Swirl to prevent dripping
10. Place strawberries on wax paper
11. Drizzle with white icing
12. Place in refrigerator to harden.
