Ingredients:
1/4 cup granola
1 cup low-fat or non-fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup sliced strawberries (or any fruit)
Directions:
1. Place 1/4 cup of sliced strawberries (or any fruit) in the bottom of two glasses
2. Top with 1/4 cup of yogurt
3. Top with one tablespoon of granola
4. Repeat layers
