Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 salt
1 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg, beaten
Preparation:
1. Combine dry ingredients.
2. Stir in milk, oil and egg, mixing until dry ingredients are moistened.
3. Pour batter into ungreased 9-inch microwavable cake pan/pie plate.
4. Microwave High for 5 to 6 minutes. Rotate pan after 2 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
