Onion Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:
1 envelope (1 oz) dry onion soup mix
4 medium size new potatoes, cut into quarters
1/2 cup olive oil

Preparation:
1. Preheat over to 425 degress.
2. In a medium sized baking dish, combine all ingredients.
3. Bake, stirring occasionally, about 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
