Ingredients:
12 oz. fresh green beans
1 garlic clove, chopped
2 tsp seasame oil
2tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Preparation:
1. Cook green beans in boiling salted water to cover about 5 minutes or until desired degree of doneness. Drain, cover and keep warm.
2. Cook garlic in hot sesame oil in a small skillet over medium heat for 1 minute.
3. Stir in soy sauce. Add beans and cook one minute until heated through.
4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds ansd serve.

Cook Time: 15 mins
