Ingredients:
1 14-ounce can of artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
1 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
1 cup non-fat, plain yogurt
1 cup light or non-fat mayonnaise
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 garlic clove, minced
Preparation:
1.Heat oven to 400° F.
2. Combine all ingredients and place into small casserole dish.
3. Bake until hot and slightly brown around the edges, about 30 minutes.
4. Serve with raw veggies.
