Ingredients:
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped capers
3 tbsp. chopped chives
1 tbsp. fresh dill
1 minced garlic clove
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. lemon juice
celery sticks
carrots
green peppers
cucumbers
cauliflowers
radishes
cherry tomatoes
Preparation:
1. Combine ingredients and blend well.
2. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
3. Cut vegetables into slices and serve with dip on a large platter.
