Ingredients:
1 pound fresh spinach
1 pint strawberries
1/2 cup pecan halves
1/3 cup raspberry vinegar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup vegetable or olive oil
Preparation:
1. Wash spinach and dry.
2. Wash strawberries and cut in halves.
3 Combine dressing ingredients in a blender.
4. Place pecans in microwave for half a minute
5. Toss dressing with spinach, strawberries and hot pecans.
