Spinach with Sesame and Garlic Recipe Ingredients: 3 tablespoons dark sesame oil 1 tablespoons minced garlic 1 pound fresh spinach, stems removed and chopped 1 tablespoon sugar 1 tablespoon soy sauce salt to taste 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds Preparation: 1. Put 2 tablespoons sesame oil in large skillet over medium heat; a minute later add the garlic. 2. As soon as the garlic begins to sizzle add teh spinach and cook, stirring occassionally until completely wilted. Turn heat to low. 3. Stir in the sugar and soy sauce and cook a few minutes more. Turn off the heat and add salt to taste.
Serve with the remaining sesame oil and sesame seeds.
