Ingredients:
I bag frozen edamame
1/4 cup water
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Preparation:
1. Bring water and garlic to boil in a saucepan on high heat.
2. Stir in edamame and cook until the edamame are hot, and the liquid had nearly evaporated (about five minutes).
3. Reduce the heat to medium and stir in teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, and sesame oil. Stir constantly until the sauce has thickened and coats the edamame (about four minutes).
4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.Prep Time: 10 mins
