Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus
Ingredients: 10 spears of fresh asparagus, trimmed 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 5 bacon strips, halved lengthwise nonstick cooking spray toothpicks Preparation: 1. Place asparagus on a sheet of waxed paper 2. Coat with nonstick cooking spray 3. Sprinkle with pepper 4. Wrap a bacon piece around each spear and secure with toothpicks 5. Grill uncovered for 8-12 minutes over medium-low heat, turning occasionally, until bacon is crisp 6. Discard toothpicks and serve.
