Grilled Chicken Spinach Salad. Marinated chicken breast tossed in a vinaigrette served over spinach leaves. Garnished with raspberries and tomatoes, and topped with additional dressing. This is a great salad to serve for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:
package spinach, rinsed
1 chicken breast
4-6 cherry tomatoes, halved
4-6 raspberries, washed
1 cup desired vinaigrette dressing
Preparation:
1. Marinate the chicken breast for at least thirty minutes in a 1/4 cup of your vinaigrette dressing.
2. Grill chicken on skillet until cooked thoroughly.
3. Place cooked chicken breast in refrigerator to cool for fifteen to twenty minutes.
4. Mix spinach, tomatoes, and raspberries in serving bowl.
5. Cut chicken into chunks and mix in with salad mixture.
6. Add remaining vinaigrette dressing and toss salad.
