Ingredients:

Mozzarella
English Muffines
Pizza Suace
Oregano
Garlic Powder
Toppings (optional)

 

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Cut english muffin in half and toast until brown
Spread pizza sauce and sprinkle mozzarella over english muffins.
Add garlic powder, oregano, and any other toppings
Transfer to aluminum foil and put into oven 5-6 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
